Each submission will be read by at least 3 members of the 9-member committee comprising the 6 PC members and the 3 organizers.

Decisions about acceptance will be based not on traditional criteria for the acceptance of conference papers but on the apparent extent to which the authors in question will be able to contribute to and benefit from the workshop.

Authors of each accepted submission will be allowed to decide whether they would like their contribution to be made available (a) on the public part of the workshop website or (b) only on the workshop wiki that is available to other workshop participants.
